What's the difference between barbell and dumbbell?
(1)Different stability: Dumbbells with small stability need left or right hand to separately stabilize the weights; However barbells are more stable, when we lift weights up and down, we can stabilize the weight with both hands.
(2)Different training weights needs. The training weights of dumbbells is usually lighter, need more core strength to maintain stability; While barbells training weights with better stability can be heavier, the more weights we lift, the more effectively we increase muscle dimension and strength.
(3)The power boost is different. Barbells are more effective at improving muscle strength; Dumbbells are more suitable for shaping muscle lines and improving muscle asymmetry.
(4)The muscle activation rate is different. Dumbbells activate muscles more fully due to its larger motion range; While barbells focus on local muscle.
What is the MAX loading weight of dumbbell bars and barbell bars?
(1)The conventional diameter of the handle for the dumbbell bar and barbell bar is 25MM/28MM/30MM, the larger the diameter, the more bearing capacity;
(2)The Max loading weights of dumbbell bar with regular diameter is about 50KG and 70KG for normal barbell bar with regular diameter; However Olympic bar can MAX loading around 300KG.
(3)Please note the Max loading stated here is that the bar will not bend and deform under long-term using.
Would you please accept factory inspection and tripartite inspection?
We support and cope customers in all their decisions. We do BSCI every year and we are qualified for multiple countries’ standard of manufacturer inspection certifications.
Regarding to the tripartite inspection, We are happy to receive the regular third party company for inspection, and customers need to inform us the inspection standards in advance.
I want LOGO on products, do I need to meet MOQ? And May I customize colors?
We support OEM and have several ways to deal with the logo, include Screen print LOGO, Laser LOGO, Casting LOGO and color stickers with LOGO. Except Casting LOGO do with MOQ from 20tons, rest of other ways have no MOQ but same cost depends on the order quantity.
Can I use my own forwarder or if you can provide forwarder?
Our products exported to the United States, Australia, the Middle East, South Asia and the European Union countries, more than 19 countries, we believe our 46 years experience will smoothly cope our cooperation in Whether FOB, OR EXW OR CIF terms. Of course if you have your own forwarder, we are happy to cope with.
